Nordic Walking is BRAND NEW to the programme at Melton Sports Village. Nordic Walking UK Instructor Penny Fielden will be delivering this activity which is friendly, fun and fantastic for fitness!

What exactly is Nordic Walking?

Easy to learn, Nordic Walking can be done by anybody and doesn't require expensive equipment or clothing. The poles help propel the walker along, making the body work harder than usual, yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier! Plus it's highly sociable, a great way to meet new people and have a chat and a laugh!
