Stilton Striders

Stilton Striders is a running club for all abilities, founded in 1982, affiliated with England Athletics. Some of our members choose to compete over all distances and terrains, whilst others just focus on a social run and a drink.

Stilton Striders Juniors

Stilton Striders Juniors is a running club for 8-17 year olds of all abilities. There is no cost however if young people wish to attend regularly then a £15 a year registration fee is payable.

In the winter we train on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6.15pm and meet outside Argos.

In summer we our Tuesday sessions start at 6.15pm and we meet at Melton sports centre carpark
our Thursday session starts at 6.15pm and we meet at the country park visitor centre.

Melton Park Run

Melton has as Parkrun (weekly 5km timed run) and a Junior Parkrun (weekly 2km timed run for 4-14 years). Everyone run’s for their own enjoyment, and you can join in whatever your pace!
